FENORAVI / WORKING NOTES

How an enquiry becomes a stored record.

A plain-language account of information handled by Fenoravi’s tools and contact form.

Practice tools stay with your tab

The search classifications and proposal text are processed in your browser. They are not sent to the site, and this version does not save them automatically. A downloaded proposal is a text file under your own control.

What the contact form records

When you submit the form, the site records your name, email address, chosen subject, message, privacy confirmation, reference identifier and submission time. Those fields allow the editor to understand and manage the enquiry. Do not send account passwords, customer lists, health information or private client reports.

Technical information and access

A session cookie supports the form’s security token and short submission-rate limit. Hosting services may separately record technical requests, such as an IP address and request time. Stored enquiries are intended for authorised site administration; the site does not publish them or sell them as a mailing list.

Retention and requests

Enquiries should be retained only while needed to address their subject and manage relevant obligations. No automatic deletion schedule is promised by this site version. Ask about access, correction or deletion through Contact, using only enough detail to identify the enquiry.

For privacy correspondence, the domain address is [email protected]. Mail delivery has not been verified. A successful form confirms server storage rather than email delivery or a guaranteed reply.

External learning resources

Links to Google and Meta open independently operated services. Their own information practices apply when you visit. Fenoravi does not embed their advertising pixels, analytics scripts or sign-in services.
